2. What we collect

Through the application form on this site, we collect: your name, work email, company, role, what you would hand off first, and your preferred contact method.

If you become a client, we additionally collect what onboarding and ordinary use require: voice notes and messages you send the assistant, the content of accounts you explicitly connect (such as calendar or inbox), preferences and commitments the assistant is asked to remember, and a log of every action the assistant takes on your behalf.

3. Why we collect it

To review and respond to applications, to provide and support the assistant, to maintain the action log described in our security practices, and to respond when you contact us.

4. Legal basis

We process application data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to it, and client data on the basis of performing the subscription contract. Where we ask you to connect an account, we rely on your explicit, revocable consent.

5. Retention

Application data is kept for up to twelve months so we can follow up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client data is kept for the life of your subscription. On cancellation, it is deleted and the deletion is confirmed to you in writing, consistent with our security practices.

6. Sharing

Your data is never used to train AI models and is never shared with other clients. We share the minimum necessary with parties bound by confidentiality obligations who help us provide the service, and with Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to process payments.

7. Where your data lives

Your data is kept in the EU by default. A US region is available if you request it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to .
